'Tiger Queen' is a theatrical tale of power and rivalry set in the forests of Ranthambore National Park, Rajasthan. Machli, the legendary Ranthambore tigress, has ruled over the beautiful Fort territory she snatched from her mother 11 years ago. She reigns supreme taking care of her young litter of 3 cubs, unaware that danger lurks within. T-17, her youngest daughter from this litter sets her sight on the land ruled by her mother and is now out to claim her crown. Tiger Queen is the dramatic story of this young tigress and her journey from being an inexperienced cub to a fearsome cunning adversary; a tigress who first systematically overcomes her two siblings and is ready to take on her 14 year old mother. She is a fast learner and has learned the skills of survival well from her iconic mother. But will these be enough for her to overthrow her more experienced mother? A cinematographer from FTIT, Chennai, Nalla has earlier worked as cameraman with ISRO and Films Division.
